Principal / Director - Digital Technology / Strategy Consultant - SYDNEY $$ Top of Market $$ Our client is a Top Tier Strategy Consulting firm who are building a cutting-edge Technology Practice to work alongside their Digital Strategy and traditional Strategy Practices, increasing their capability to advise clients on end to end enterprise transformations in Financial Services, TMT, and Retail. The Position: As a Principal within the team you will assume responsibility for both the Strategy and Digital technology portion of the engagements. Engagements will encompass Tech. Strategy, covering Architecture and Development topics, as well as guidance on adopting Agile and DevOps methodologies. Work closely with client CIO and CTO stakeholders to architect enterprise-level technology transformations across industry sectors, with considerable focus on Banking and TMT clients. You: A Senior level Banking / TMT Technology Consulting professional with a technical background in Development and Enterprise/Solution Architecture and Technology Strategy. Ideally from a Strategy consulting firm focusing on projects including: Digital Channel Strategy Tech modernization; taking a client through a journey from legacy IT to a modern best-in-class IT environment, including new ways of working. Building digital solutions; helping to define a new solution or product for the market, using a technology solution to help differentiate customer experience. Building new digital businesses; led or been a part of building a digital-only venture, whether that’s a bank, telco, media OTT provider, etc. Confident working from a blank canvas to imagine a new way of servicing customers. Some software engineering knowledge, experience of writing in multiple languages, and an understanding of the software development lifecycle, including principles like DevOps and Agile would be helpful.
