Provide high level strategic advice to senior management on organisational HR initiatives that support a performance driven, and continuous improvement culture, through the delivery of a consistent and high standard of service. Drive and support the development of innovative HR business strategies and solutions; conduct research and contribute to the identification, development, implementation and evaluation of HR initiatives. Actively establish and sustain relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the development of organisational change solutions that improve all stages of the employee life cycle. Prepare and present high level correspondence and briefing material providing researched sound recommendations relating to a range of complex human resource management issues and initiatives. Build client capability, coach and enable clients to support their ongoing responsibility for effective and proactive people management, including the design and development of capability training.
