What you will do Collaborating on the execution of individual project modules, including developing hypotheses, managing data collection, model creation and analyses, conducting primary and secondary research, creatively tackling information limitations, and surfacing insights. Supporting our Partner group in project delivery through accurate and high-quality case execution. Building and nurturing executive client relationships, presenting to a wide range of audiences, and working day-to-day with clients and other stakeholders. Managing and developing the capabilities of junior consulting staff. What you will bring A minimum of 8-12 years of relevant Insurance and/or Asset Management or broader Financial Services experience in a large international company or within top tier strategic consulting or professional services. Proven deep expertise in at least one vertical within the sector, or a capability area such as M&A, strategy, operational improvement or large program delivery. A track record in guiding and supporting teams or work streams to achieve high impact goals within set timelines. Strong background in strategic problem-solving with demonstrable analytical skills. Strong communication skills and comfort in sharing ideas with senior executives. Undergraduate and/or advanced degree from a top academic program.
