About the Role Reporting to Manager Learning Capability & Compliance, you will design and deliver a mix of modern learning pathways that support BMA's Statutory roles. Leveraging your prior experience in learning/training design and assessment you will provide technical expertise in the strategy and development of culture, and capability learning programs for SSE’s, OCE’s, Supervisors and Trainer Assessors. Based in Brisbane this role offers hybrid working arrangements with routine site travel. Responsibilities include: To deliver a mix of modern learning pathways that support BMA's Statutory and legislative roles (licence to operate) - SSE, OCE, Supervisors, Trainers & Assessors. Partner with the business to ensure a pipeline is identified and with necessary candidates offered the right training opportunities. Collaborate across the coal / mining industry to explore micro-credentials, bridging and short courses, and identify continual professional development requirements for our workforce. Establish and maintain a proactive and engaging community of practice for our Trainer Assessors. Co-ordinate external and internal training providers. Design and deliver effective and sustainable learning solutions that support business performance goals and a continuous learning culture. Training Design and/or Delivery experience as a min. Advantageous if you have experience within BMA's Statutory and legislative roles (licence to operate) - SSE, OCE, Supervisors, Trainer & Assessor. Highly regarded employee to effectively advocate for customers / partners across BMA Operations & Leaders. Demonstrated ability to collaborate across industry. Knowledge of RSHQ, Legal & Other Requirements inc. but not limited to continual professional development (CPD) requirements.
