Manage and oversee the provision of accurate and timely finance functions within Shared Services & Customer Experience. Evaluate internal and external transactional volume trends and support stakeholders through service delivery and processing issues to ensure optimal customer experience for in-scope entities within Stronger Communities. What you’ll do Lead a high-performing Finance Shared Services team to develop and implement finance and accounting standards and identify areas of improvement for existing products, services, systems, and processes. Work collaboratively with senior stakeholders across multiple functional areas to deliver a coordinated and strategic approach to increase service quality. Work as part of a dynamic team which promotes a strong client-focused service culture to sustain customer satisfaction. Work with peers, and strategic business areas to continuously improve service and customer experience and manage complaints or escalations in a timely and customer-centric manner. Evaluate and advocate automation and promote innovation whilst ensuring conformance to government standards.
