As our highly valued Principal Media and Communications Officer, you will contribute to ensuring a bright future for Queensland, Australia and our global partners. You will do this with people who want you to grow and progress. Reporting to the Project and Engagement Manager, Expo 2025, you will be responsible for developing and delivering strategic communication, marketing and media plans and activities to support and promote Queensland's program of engagement at World Expo 2025 Osaka. You will work with a range of key stakeholders to plan, monitor and project manage internal and external communication activities that lead to successful outcomes for TIQ globally. You will also be required to balance conflicting priorities, work to deadlines, display a high degree of professionalism, judgement and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment. Based in Brisbane, here's what your role will involve: Lead the development and implementation of strategic communication plans, policies and procedures in consultation with the Project and Engagement Manager, Expo 2025 and TIQ's Communications, Marketing and Creative teams. Lead the development, production and delivery of agency-wide communication and marketing tactics in partnership with the Project and Engagement Manager, Expo 2025, and Directors of Communications, Marketing and Creative, including electronic media, face-to-face communication, digital communication, events, meetings and printed materials. Provide expert advice on the development, delivery, monitoring and reporting of communications and marketing strategies and activities. Identify synergies across the organisation and contribute to the continuous improvement of corporate communications by actively innovating and improving strategies, processes and systems. Identify opportunities to improve multi-channel internal and external communications across the organisation using the latest tools, technologies and techniques.
