About the Role As our Principal SESA Engineer, you will: Lead & Grow: Spearhead the expansion of our SESA business in Queensland, positioning Sigtech Solutions Australia as the premier provider of SESA services. Generate Business: Leverage your industry reputation and network to develop new business opportunities, ensuring sustainable growth. Expert Leadership: Bring over 15 years of industry experience to guide project teams, mentor emerging talent, and uphold our reputation for technical excellence. Technical Excellence: Apply your extensive knowledge and hands-on expertise in ETCS L1 and L2 to ensure our projects are delivered to the highest standards. Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, industry peers, and regulatory bodies to maintain and grow our market leadership. Key Qualifications Experience: A minimum of 15 years’ experience in the field. Accreditations: Must hold/be eligible to hold RPEQ (Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland). Specialised Knowledge: Proven expertise in ETCS Level 1 and Level 2 systems. Industry Reputation: A well-regarded thought leader and influencer within the industry. Business Acumen: Demonstrable ability to generate new business opportunities and lead strategic growth initiatives. Leadership: Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire teams and stakeholders alike.
