People Integrity Innovation Customer About This Role This role involves supporting our customer base by providing high quality technical support and customer service to a range of equipment.About Viatek Viatek is Australia's leading independent supplier of Fuji Film and Lexmark office solutions, and Fuji Film commercial production equipment. We operate 23 locations across Victoria, New South Wales and South Australia.What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone that is enthusiastic, self-motivated and a great cultural fit for Viatek. Previous experience in all aspects of photocopier and printer servicing is essential. We are looking for someone with comprehensive knowledge of digital copying technology, networking technologies, and a strong mechanical aptitude. Strong expertise in Production / Graphics Communications (GC), GC controllers, and EFI Fiery will distinguish you as an ideal candidate.The ideal candidate will also possess strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, excellent organisational skills, and a willingness to learn. You should be able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.A valid Australian driver’s licence is required, along with the ability to obtain a Working with Children Check and a National Police Check. Fluent English written and verbal communication skills are also essential for this role.Why consider Viatek?
