Key Responsibilities: Client Booking Management: Handle incoming enquiries (phone/email), provide consultations, craft quotes, and secure bookings. Team Coordination: Allocate work to our hair and makeup artists nationwide, ensuring schedules maximize efficiency and booking volume. Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service, resolving concerns with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset. Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with clients and our stylist team, leveraging your hair industry expertise to foster trust and rapport. Leadership: Lead and inspire a small team of administrators, providing guidance and fostering collaboration. Operational Oversight: Manage booking administration, invoicing, and team allocations, ensuring seamless operations. Ideal Candidate: Industry Expertise: Background in hairdressing or beauty consulting is essential. A stylist ready to transition into a client-focused role is highly desirable. Sales and Consulting: Proven success in sales or customer service, with experience advising clients and exceeding targets. Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and phone etiquette skills, with the ability to engage clients professionally and confidently.
