Private Capital & Fund Compliance Advisor You will be joining an established investment company as a Private Capital & Fund Compliance Advisor within a dynamic and growing team with a strong focus on development and progression. About the Company A leading domestic investment bank with a strong company focus on development, support and flexibility. About the role: Responsibilities include: Ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations, file required reports, and conduct compliance audits. Develop, implement, and enforce compliance policies, and provide staff training on compliance matters. Identify and mitigate compliance risks, advising senior management on regulatory issues. Oversee investment transactions, conduct due diligence, and monitor fund activities for compliance. Communicate compliance-related information to investors and ensure investor compliance with regulations. Manage compliance technology, track data, and ensure proper record-keeping. Investigate potential violations and enforce corrective actions. About you: You have: 2-5 years experience in fund compliance or similar experience, ideally within an Investment Banking or similar environment. Relevant degree and certifications. Proven problem solving and analytical skills. Experience with implementing systems and workflows that support risk management. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
