Our high performing, and busy Private Client Services team in Adelaide is growing and we are looking for a driven individual with significant relevant experience to play a senior role in our team. Are you an experienced lawyer with a passion for estate and succession planning, wills, estates and trusts? This role will provide the platform to build on your expertise within this client focused practice that already has strong relationships established within the industry. The team is hard-working and high performing, but collegiate, with a strong and unique pipeline of legal work. This role offers you many opportunities to apply your technical expertise to complex and challenging issues yet also contribute to the business and brand development of the practice. To succeed in this role you will ideally have; 4+ years post admission legal experience Confidence and expertise in advising upon and development of estate and succession plans for individuals and businesses Experience in preparing advice, interpretation and drafting of wills, trusts and deeds Strong leadership capability with demonstrable experience supervising and motivating other lawyers Experience working within a high performance environment where you have mastered the ability to effectively manage your own time and work to tight deadlines A commitment to technical excellence and delivery of high quality outcomes to our clients A team player and a keen focus for excellent client-service delivery About Piper Alderman A premier commercial law firm, Piper Alderman has offices in Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth and Melbourne.
