Our client is a high growth Private Equity fund with $100m+ FUM that focuses on smaller cap founder led companies with enterprise values of more than $10m, with a typical investment of between $10-30m in companies that are showing high growth characteristics and are looking to expand their footprint either organically or via M&A. The fund usually takes a hands-on approach to its investee companies. This fund manager has significant and growing support from its investor base and requires an Analyst or (junior level) Associate to assist in analyzing, executing transactions, and assisting with investee companies. Responsibilities: Building ground-up investment papers with financial and commercial due diligence, to synthesize the investment case of new opportunities. Assisting to run diligence and deal execution work streams. Assisting with portfolio companies to execute its growth strategy. Constant communication with the team about investment findings and workflow. We are looking for an Analyst that has between 4-8 years of experience within private equity or end-to-end M&A (not purely modeling or due diligence). We also require experience of directly deploying capital (i.e., you have worked in a fund before - either equities and then moved into M&A or in a private equity fund). Part of the interview process will involve the candidate pitching investment ideas (on any private or public company) that need to demonstrate a robust and insightful investment framework. #J-18808-Ljbffr
