Private House Manager/PA for HNW Family in Melbourne Melbourne, Victoria, Australia This exciting role, managed by Elegance HLM, is a House Management/Personal Assistant position for a talented all-rounder who is capable of managing a large high-end home and providing professional support for the family. The position will suit someone with HNW House Management/Interior Yacht Management experience who enjoys working with kids, is a dog lover, and agrees that no task is too small. The hours are part-time, 30/32 hours a week, supporting a professional couple and 3 children at their primary residence in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne. There is a Chef and two Housekeepers on the household team, yet the role will be very hands-on, supporting all aspects of the family’s schedules and management of their home. What you'll be doing Running the flow of housekeeping, laundry, organization, and care of the residence Managing the maintenance schedule and repairs of the home & vehicles Assisting with children's setup for school and activities Managing the children's schedules, and driving them where needed Supporting the family calendars & schedules Coordinating the complete process of events and dinners Organizing the pets and their appointments Purchasing gifts and organizing delivery Managing setup for family arrival at two further properties in Victoria Assisting with wardrobe management and travel bags for the children Liaising with all family members, guests, colleagues, and tradespeople Coordinating with the Principal's Personal Assistant for seamless home & lifestyle management for the family Who we are looking for Enjoys setting up & running functions and large dinners Exceptional attention to detail Maturity, strong communication skills, and initiative Flexible & accommodating Team player, hands-on manager Fast-paced, calm, and confident in the role Great with children Enjoy working with animals A positive “can do” attitude Working with Children Check Police Check Driver's License and own vehicle What we offer The remuneration will include a salary package Long-term employment with a good support network Highly professional yet down-to-earth working environment Wonderful role supporting a HNW couple and family Elegance Management is a leading provider of high-end residential staff placement and private service training.
