Private Market Associate FCX is the trusted platform where companies stay private while offering liquidity, and investors access exclusive opportunities, enabling both to design opportunities through controlled, compliant decisions in the private market. The role: This is an exciting opportunity to join the FCX team working closely with senior team members to ensure successful transaction execution. We are in growth phase and require key support in deal structuring and execution within the Private Markets Solutions team, while assisting with business development initiatives and distribution elements of transactions. What you will do: Deal Structuring & Design Support: Support transaction structuring for FCX Liquidity Transactions Assist in analysing and recommending deal structures based on client objectives and market conditions Research and analyse precedent transactions for structural considerations Work with senior team members to develop transaction solutions Deal Syndication and Execution Support: Support day-to-day transaction execution and timeline management Coordinate communications between internal teams and external parties Track market conditions and prepare updates for deal timing/pricing discussions Coordinate syndicate communications Coordinate transaction closing and settlement process Business Development Support: Liaise with key prospects in Sales pipeline and support deal closing Drive execution of sales strategy in accordance with business objectives Support client meetings and maintain regular touchpoints Assist in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities Contribute to pipeline development and tracking Support road shows and client events Key Skills: 2-4 years of equity capital markets or relevant transaction experience Understanding of equity capital markets products and market dynamics Strong organizational and execution skills Excellent analytical and attention to detail Effective communication and team coordination abilities Ready to join us?
