Your Position: Join our team as an Integration and Service Takeover Engineer! This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and motivated individual. In this role, you'll ensure smooth service transitions and system integrations. Over six months, you'll gain valuable experience and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise processes. This training will prepare you for a permanent position as a Process Engineer. As a Process Engineer, you'll design, implement, and optimise production processes, driving efficiency and innovation. You'll also leverage advanced data analytics to enhance system performance, work closely with the business service manager, and participate in meetings and presentations. Your efforts will be key in increasing system efficiency, reducing downtime, and maximising flow. Your key Responsibilities: Develop and use performance data to improve systems and processes. Evaluate and enhance performance based on data insights. Communicate performance status and improvements with the team and customers. Stay updated with industry trends and analytical methods. Participate in customer meetings and presentations, providing technical expertise. Operate systems and test environments, aligning with stakeholders on tests and solutions. Execute and verify tests both in the factory and on-site. Advise on system optimization and oversee resource planning for project transitions. Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders during transitions. Develop documentation for project takeovers and identify potential risks. Champion a safety-first culture and comply with safety regulations. Optimize processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Act as a long-term partner on technical solutions, improving warehouse processes. Foster continuous improvement and execute projects independently. Encourage teamwork and collaboration, promoting an inclusive culture. Enhance policies and procedures, committing to professional development. Motivate the team through recognition and growth opportunities. Prioritize safety by adhering to protocols. About You: This role is perfect for proactive, strategic, and detail-oriented individuals who are dedicated to achieving excellence in service and operational delivery within an automated environment. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or a related field. Experience with continuous improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma. Strong knowledge of mechanical and control systems, especially automated systems. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and data visualization tools like Power BI and Splunk. Project management experience from concept to completion. Excellent presentation skills for various stakeholders. Experience with data analytics tools and techniques. Commitment to staying updated with industry trends and technologies. Ability to anticipate potential issues and solutions.
