Job Description
Full Time positionSalary: 85K to 95KMinimum qualification: Bachelor Degree in Engineering3 Years of work experience as a minimum in process engineering TechnologyResponsibilities Develop schedules that reduce the amount of downtime through the determination of an optimum achievable packaging/production sequence. Develop and design layouts for industrial facilities by planning locations for mechanical equipment and machines, ensuring compliance with specified codes. Coordinate with the production/packaging and maintenance teams to procure multi-headed parts after studying faults in lines and assist the supervisor in replacing them before the machine completely shuts down, thus preventing breakdown periods in the production plan. Continually review planning methodologies to deliver lower finished goods inventories and fresher products while maintaining availability. Identify and develop long-term use plans to improve information flow and operational improvements. Implement Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety work procedures during production. Manage and prioritize all production processes properly and implement production plans to ensure on-time deliveries. Coordinate with the production team to calculate manufacturing costs and estimate manufacturing times. Plan production activities strategically to save time in machine changes and setup. Implement LEAN manufacturing techniques to improve workforce performance, reduce product wastage, lower production costs, and ensure quality output. #J-18808-Ljbffr
