The Role: As a Process Improvement Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the Process and Automation Manager in transforming manual, transactional processes into efficient, system-driven solutions. Your focus will be on enhancing internal efficiencies, optimizing workflows, and ensuring the seamless implementation of process improvements across the business. You will collaborate with key stakeholders and business units to drive the successful delivery of various projects, leveraging data-driven insights and automation strategies to enhance operational effectiveness. What you will do: Engage with the internal teams to drive aligned continuous improvement priorities, monitoring progress, analysing KPI’s, and acting on deviations from targets Develop Quality and Continuous Improvement that enables a single data source capability of transactional data within Visy Logistics Identify and transform manual transactional activities into system driven process that can be adopted both locally and offshore, promoting operational efficiency across the business Develop exception reporting to identify business improvement opportunities based on data driven, process mapping and EVSM decision making capability Manage data integrity of the system and ensure data is accurate and reliable at all times Support the ongoing analysis and implementation of CI and project based initiatives What you will bring to the team: Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Business or Logistics or related field Experience in a similar role ideally in a fast-paced distribution environment FMCG and Logistics exposure or experience are preferred Strong stakeholder management skills – ability to influence and collaborate effectively Ability to map, analyse, and optimise business processes Lean/Six Sigma training and experience in implementation solutions is a plus Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with good experience in stakeholder management Why You’ll Love This Role: Shape the future – Play a key role in transforming processes and driving innovation Exciting projects – Work on cutting-edge digital and business transformation initiatives Flexible work – Enjoy a hybrid work model that supports work-life balance Stakeholder impact – Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive change You will be required to meet Visy’s employment criteria which will include a criminal history check.
