Procurement Manager – Commercial Strategic Procurement | Advanced Data Analytics | High-Impact Commercial Role Are you a data-driven procurement professional with a strong commercial mindset? Join us as a Procurement Manager – Commercial, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping subcontractor pricing strategies and driving commercial decision-making through advanced analytics. About the Role: Reporting to the Head of Procurement, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing subcontractor pricing models, ensuring competitive and sustainable rate structures across the business. This role requires a deep analytical approach, working with large datasets to provide insights that drive profitability and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Develop, model, and govern pricing strategies for subcontractor agreements. Conduct in-depth financial and commercial analysis to support strategic decision-making. Leverage big data analytics to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize procurement strategies. Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Operations, Finance, and Procurement teams, to ensure consistent and standardized pricing structures. Establish benchmarking tools and self-service rate models for improved pricing transparency. Provide governance and oversight on pricing to ensure compliance with commercial frameworks. What You’ll Bring: Strong background in procurement, pricing, or commercial analysis. Advanced skills in big data analytics, financial modeling, and cost analysis. Proficiency in Excel (VBA, Power Query preferred), SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or similar). Ability to work with large datasets and translate complex analytics into actionable business insights. Strong business acumen with experience in commercial negotiations and contract management. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills. A degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
