Must be able to hold or maintain a minimum AGSVA Baseline clearance Demonstrated experience (3 years+) leading and/or assisting to conduct complex procurements Demonstrated experience drafting high quality, complex procurement documentation Knowledge and experience in effectively managing procurement risk Ability to work as part of a team and with limited direction to deliver high quality work within agreed deadlines Sound communication and stakeholder engagement skill Strong analytical and negotiation skills Strong organisational skills Demonstrated personal drive and integrity Proficiency in using a range of IT software and systems including Microsoft Office, TechOne, Objective or similar Demonstrated experience (minimum 3 years) leading and/or assisting to conduct complex procurements Demonstrated experience leading and/or assisting to conduct procurement in the Federal government setting Tertiary qualifications and/or industry recognised certification (Diploma of Government, Certificate 4 in Government) Experience in Agile ways of working, such as SCRUM, Kanban or the Scaled Agile Framework (SaFE) #J-18808-Ljbffr
