About the role We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Group Procurement Data Entry Officers. This entry-level role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in procurement while supporting the smooth operations of our procurement team. Key Responsibilities: Accurately enter and manage procurement-related data into designated systems (e.g., purchase orders, vendor details, invoices) in line with company policies and procedures. Maintain up-to-date records, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of procurement data. Assist in generating reports and ensuring the timely and accurate communication of procurement information to internal teams and suppliers. Identify and resolve discrepancies in procurement data to support smooth operations. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive procurement information. Support cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with the procurement team to meet organisational goals. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Experience with procurement or ERP systems (e.g., ServiceNow, D365, SAP, Oracle) is an advantage. High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with internal teams and external vendors. Ability to work collaboratively with others and show initiative when faced with challenges.
