We are looking for a skilled and experienced Procurement Systems Manager to join our Procurement Systems team. This role is primarily responsible for driving adoption and effective use of procurement technology, enforcing procurement, travel and expense policies and processes, managing and owning related content, contract operationalisation, leading supplier enablement activities, and managing a team of 4-5 people. With a hybrid split (Office/WFH), this role is a permanent position based in Southbank, Victoria and is part of the Procurement team. This role will deliver real outcomes, including but not limited to: Experience managing a small team and being a subject matter expert in Source to Pay processes, Travel and expense policies, processes, and compliance. Improving and streamlining the Contract to Pay procurement processes and systems. Helping the team get the most out of our procurement tools (Ariba/SAP/P2P) and exploring new ways to support the business, like using robotics. Leading efforts to fine-tune and optimise the newly implemented SAP Concur Travel system, ensuring all features are used to improve efficiency. Promoting ongoing improvements and better integration of procurement systems, tools, policies, and procedures across the business by collaborating with different teams. Overseeing the rollout and integration of procurement systems, tools, policies, and procedures, working closely with other teams. Sharing your expertise with the procurement team and the wider business on best practices for procurement systems (Source to Pay). You don’t need to check every box; however, we are looking for a good combination of: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Procurement, or a related field is preferred. At least 2+ years of experience in a similar leadership role. Experience with procurement enterprise systems (e.g., ERP systems like Ariba, SAP, or other e-procurement tools) is required. Functional configuration experience with SAP Ariba or SAP Concur is highly desirable. Familiarity with upstream procurement processes, including supplier information management, sourcing, contract negotiation, and contract management. Exposure to training on operational procurement processes, systems, and supplier enablement. Proven experience in driving initiatives that simplify business processes and improve efficiency through enhancements and automation.
