The primary purpose of this role is to deliver exceptional customer service and administrative support for the Compulsory Third Party (CTP) product, ensuring compliance with regulations in NSW, QLD, and SA. About the role Provide customer service and administrative support in compliance with regulations from NSW, QLD, and SA. Support CTP client accounts with technical support to ensure prompt resolution of issues and maintain a cohesive approach to client management. Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate, broker, and dealer clients. Gather customer and market insights to enhance CTP products and services, achieving sustainable, customer-centric outcomes. Assist in the management and administration of CTP products, including the processing of quotes, new and renewal policies for large CTP clients. Process CTP in accordance with compliance requirements, including the correction of data discrepancies and the identification and refunding of unused CTP policies. Analyze instances of premium leakage data and conduct recovery activities. Provide input into and assist with testing of system and procedural enhancements. Support the credit team to assist with reconciliation issues. Troubleshoot complex processing issues arising in the Contact Centre. Identify and correct policy details and premium discrepancies. About you CTP experience acquired in a complex, matrixed general insurance organisation. Insurance product knowledge is highly beneficial. Strong understanding of CTP, Motor Insurance, or Workers' Compensation is highly preferred. Experience in managing multiple CTP systems for processing new business renewals endorsements. Good understanding of industry business rules and market practice guidelines. Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships internally and externally with clients, intermediaries, and service providers. Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with clarity, impact, and influence.
