The financial wellbeing of members is a core principal of the fund. In your role as Product Communications Manager, you will facilitate the end-to-end process of product communications using simple, plain language. You will work with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Admin Ops, Legal, Risk & Compliance) to ensure all product communication adheres to regulatory requirements and fund strategy. This is a new role within the Product Team and provides scope to drive change across all of our product communications. About the Role Leadership of a small team of Product Communications staff members, providing career development mentorship and appraisals. Creation of consistent content that makes it easier for our members to engage and understand their super. Ensure regulatory compliance in all product communication. Creation of Product Disclosure agreements (PDSs), Significant Event Notices (SENs). Create and manage product website content. Work with external suppliers and others, ensuring SLA's are adhered to and working collaboratively to achieve shared goals. About You We're looking for a deep understanding of financial product communication expertise. High level of organisational skills including the ability to meet critical deadlines within a heavily regulated environment. Ability to translate complex information into language consistent with both 'plain English' and the Cbus brand guidelines. Communications within Financial Services experience is essential, and superannuation specifically will be highly regarded. Demonstrated focus on system and process simplification, including knowledge of Objective Keystone. Well-developed relationship building and stakeholder management skills including the ability to liaise with a range of staff, key stakeholders and service providers. Commitment to the success of the team through cross-functional communication and cooperation across the teams. A high level of comfort working in a membership-based organisation.
