The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a passion for patient safety.Duties Manage and document product complaints in accordance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. Assess complaints for potential quality and safety concerns, escalating when necessary. Provide timely and accurate responses to healthcare professionals and consumers regarding product-related inquiries. Maintain compliance with local and global regulatory requirements. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the complaints management process. Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field. Experience in Medical Information, Pharmacovigilance, or Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical industry. Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines and reporting requirements. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
