Job Description Strategic Leadership & Collaboration: Act as the central point of contact between subject matter experts (SMEs) and development teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives and specifications. Collaborate closely with architects and solution designers to convert complex requirements into actionable development tasks.Resource Management & Development Oversight: Lead and empower development teams to consistently deliver high-quality outputs that meet rigorous business standards, focusing on reducing defects and improving remediation processes. Partner with the Technical Program Manager to effectively manage resources and ensure peak team performance.Project Prioritization & Management: Take ownership of prioritizing new projects and rebuilds, ensuring deliverables are sustainable, aligned with business needs, and delivered on time. Work strategically with the Technical Program Manager to allocate resources efficiently and where they will have the greatest impact.Pipeline Management & Sprint Planning: Collaborate with Program Leads, Scrum Masters, and development squads to efficiently manage the development pipeline. Ensure all inputs are prepared to support effective sprint planning and execution, enabling developers to focus on their best work.Reliability & Accountability: Act as a dependable leader that Program Leads and stakeholders can rely on to guide development teams toward achieving the desired outcomes. Track and report progress to senior management, ensuring transparency and accountability in all development activities.Backlog Refinement: Take a proactive role in refining the backlog to ensure it remains prioritized and well-maintained. This will reflect business priorities, customer needs, and be clearly understood by both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Problem Discovery & Definition: Lead the discovery and definition of issues at the development team level, ensuring that the team's understanding of problems aligns with the actual needs, and that solutions address those needs effectively.Solution Validation: Lead the internal and external solution validation processes to ensure the proposed solutions meet customer expectations and effectively solve identified problems.Stakeholder Engagement: Actively engage with and align relevant stakeholders, promoting collaboration and ensuring that all voices are heard throughout the development process.Go-to-Market Strategy: Contribute to the development and execution of go-to-market strategies, ensuring that product positioning and launch activities align with customer research and product analytics.Delivery Team Interaction: Maintain daily interaction with the delivery team to ensure clear communication, alignment on priorities, and support in overcoming obstacles. Ensure full alignment between the team and business priorities for effective tactical execution.Performance Metrics & Reporting: Leverage metrics and reporting to support leadership in motivating the team and working together to continuously improve performance.Continuous Improvement & Risk Management: Foster an environment that promotes continuous improvement, effective identification, and management of risks and issues.Virtual Team Collaboration: Effectively operate with virtual, geographically dispersed teams, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.Additional Responsibilities: Perform any additional duties required to support the smooth functioning of teams and the program as directed by the National Director and technical/business leads.Health, Safety, and Wellbeing: Ensure the workplace is safe and fosters an environment of care and respect for participants. The Successful Applicant Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience. At least 2 years of experience in a Product Lead/Owner role. At least 2 years of experience in product development. Experience in healthcare regulation and familiarity with cloud/CRM technologies (preferably Salesforce) is a plus. Experience Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster strong relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse and cross-functional stakeholders and customers. Skilled in facilitating challenging discussions, balancing competing priorities, and managing both strategic and tactical goals. Proficient in identifying, prioritizing, and balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders. Experience with design thinking methodologies and customer experience design. Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, including the ability to use data to drive decision-making and solve engineering challenges. Expertise in strategic thinking with a solid understanding of business operations. Deep knowledge of the relevant industry's business processes or applications. Proven track record in defining, building, and launching successful products. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts concisely to various stakeholders, both verbally and in writing. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Naturally curious and comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
