About the Role You will manage, develop, govern, and maintain the control effectiveness across the product lifecycle for home lending. You will drive Suncorp toward a richer customer-centric culture, ensuring the bank maintains robust adherence to regulatory obligations while delivering optimal customer outcomes. What will your day look like? As a Product Lifecycle Advisor, you will: Design and maintain the Home Lending product lifecycle assurance framework, including:Analysis of critical data sources to understand trends and root causes, and development and delivery of action plans to improve the consistent delivery of market leading experiences to Suncorp Home Loan customers. Identification of product lifecycle risks and controls. Employ a continuous improvement mindset to the home lending product control effectiveness activities. Conduct regular product reviews to ensure that Home Lending products continue to achieve the expected outcomes for customers and meet community expectations. Manage the portfolio’s compliance with External and Internal Audit requirements, Group policies, standards and procedures, as well as complying with industry Banking Code of Practice and legislative requirements across the end to end service delivery. Manage internal stakeholders to deliver business and risk related outcomes for the portfolio. What will you bring? To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: Strong product management, risk management or business strategy role demonstrating business acumen and analytical ability. Demonstrated experience in managing teams to deliver on a portfolio of initiatives and with a track record of delivering within deadlines. Demonstrated experience in leading teams through complex risk, regulatory, product and/or business change. Previous account management or relationship management experience desirable, as is vendor management. Ability to convey and explain information, coherently and confidently in both oral and written format. Ability to recognise, understand and support need for change and anticipate the impact on both the team and self. Recognise and implement business strategies to drive profitable growth, customer acquisition, customer experience and sales productivity. Practices inclusion and values diversity.
