About the Role As a Product Manager at FMClarity, you will play a pivotal role in driving the evolution of our platform. Your responsibilities will include: Defining and executing product strategy to align with industry needs and company growth objectives. Engaging with customers and industry professionals to gather insights, define requirements, and champion product enhancements. Leading Agile processes, including discovery sessions, feature design, and sprint planning. Collaborating cross-functionally with development, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless product delivery. Analysing market trends and competition to stay ahead of industry demands and drive product innovation. Overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation through to launch and post-release optimisation. Leveraging extensive industry knowledge while collaborating closely with the Founder/CEO to align strategic direction and drive innovation. Producing detailed, clear, and structured documentation, ensuring product specifications, roadmaps, and insights are well-articulated and easily understood. Encouraging and leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency in research, analysis, and documentation processes. Training and supporting new product managers transitioning from industry roles, if applicable. About You We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make an impact. Whether you are an experienced Product Manager or an industry expert eager to transition, you should have: Qualifications & Experience: For experienced PMs: Prior experience in SaaS product management, preferably within asset or facilities management. For industry professionals transitioning into PM: Strong domain expertise in asset or facilities management, with a passion for technology and innovation. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience). Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams. An understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes. Skills & Attributes: Analytical & strategic thinking – ability to balance short-term goals with long-term vision. Strong communication & collaboration skills – engage with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders effectively. Exceptional attention to detail and clarity in articulation – ability to produce thorough and structured documentation. Customer-centric mindset – focused on delivering solutions that genuinely enhance user experience. Data-driven decision-making – ability to interpret insights and drive feature prioritisation. Proficiency in AI tools and automation – embracing technology to enhance productivity and documentation quality.
