Role: Product Manager - Banking (Payments/Cards) Client - Top tier global retail banking client based in Sydney Location - Barangaroo Work Type - Hybrid The Role Their Corporate Product Management Team is seeking a Product Manager to own critical projects and drive process and operational improvements across their products. This role is a part of the Corporate Product Management team and is responsible for E2E management of a range of corporate payments products. Key Responsibilities Project manage key product enhancement and governance initiatives. Conduct E2E review and mapping for key processes and products. Identify process improvement opportunities and implement enhanced solutions. Uplift standard operating procedure documentation. Product line review with recommendations on go forward approach. Skills/Experience Proven experience in Project Management, Business Analysis or Product Management roles Strong technical or process mapping experience Process and project management skills with the ability to seamlessly lead multiple projects at once, consistently meeting deadlines Proven relationship building and senior stakeholder management skills Highly effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills Able to operate effectively in a complex matrix driven environment Previous experience within Banking - Payments/Cards is a must #J-18808-Ljbffr
