A day in the life: Use your negotiation skills to ensure we have competitive cruise product for our exclusive packages and offerings Maintain and build new and current supply partner relationships – including cruise lines, hotels, land DMCs and tour operators Manage the lifecycle of cruise holiday packages to ensure that they effectively deliver mutually beneficial outcomes for both MyCruises and supply partners Develop product strategies designed to deliver and grow both TTV and commission Work closely with cruise sales team, after sales team and training to develop staff’s understanding of the key customer benefits of cruise holiday package offerings Who you are: Minimum 12 months' experience in the Travel Industry (Retail Travel, Wholesale or Cruise) Exceptional negotiation skills at all levels Your innovative spirit and passion for cruise holidays shines through A performance driven attitude along with exceptional communication and presentation skills Strong leadership skills and proven strategic thinking experience A supportive, positive attitude and customer focus What you'll enjoy: Catapult your career across a network of brands and businesses in an evolving industry Say no to full price!
