Product Manager (Platform Operation) - AI Data Service And Operations Responsibilities As a Product Manager (Platform Operations), you will support the ADSO team with the construction of platform tool maintenance. You will improve operational efficiency and user experience within the ADSO team while achieving product operation metrics improvement by platform building/improvement, platform service optimization and other effective methods.It is possible that this role will be exposed to harmful content as part of the core role. This may occur in the form of images, video, and text related to everyday life, but it can also include bullying; hate speech; child safety; depictions of harm to self and others, and harm to animals.Key Responsibilities: Responsible for the improvement of the operations process/mechanism of the ADSO platform. Responsible for monitoring business data, doing user research, collecting user feedback, and outputting product optimization suggestions. Responsible for the daily operation and technical support of the AI data platform, especially providing technical support services for global users. Responsible for proactively collaborating with cross-functional departments for project evaluation, resource coordination and subsequent work. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above. At least 1 year of experience in Product Management. Proven experience in managing projects independently and solving emerging problems. Good sense of project ownership and user thinking. Experience working with regional/global stakeholders with good communication skills. Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English & Mandarin. Preferred Qualifications: Ability to work in a high tempo environment. Resilience and commitment to self-care. Product management experience in platform product or platform operation.
