What You’ll Do: Own the product roadmap: Drive the product vision and manage the execution of sprints, ensuring that we are focused on delivering the most impactful features. Sprint management: Oversee and manage sprints, ensuring timely delivery and that release notes are shared with staff at least two days prior to each release. Backlog management: Maintain an organised developer backlog and ensure that the right tickets are prioritised for upcoming sprints. Focus the team: Keep the development team aligned on the most important tasks to ensure consistent progress toward our goals. Process improvement: Continuously look for ways to refine and improve our product development processes to increase efficiency and outcomes. Manage the Ideas Hub: Oversee feature requests and ideas, ensuring they are categorised, prioritised, and aligned with business needs. Coordinate cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with teams across the business, including Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering, to ensure alignment on product goals and priorities. Feature prioritisation: Understand the needs of various departments and prioritise features accordingly, ensuring the right features are delivered to maximise business impact. Stakeholder alignment: Ensure that key stakeholders are informed and aligned on upcoming product features, with regular updates and progress reports. Integration partner relationships: Manage relationships with external integration partners, responding to requests and facilitating regular check-ins to maintain strong collaboration. Cross-team liaison: Act as the bridge between developers and integration partners, coordinating when needed to ensure smooth communication and project execution. About You: Experienced Product Manager: You’ve worked in a product management role before and are comfortable managing multiple aspects of product development, from sprint planning to stakeholder communication. Detail-oriented & Organised: You’re a master at keeping things in order—whether it’s managing a product backlog, prioritising features, or ensuring all tasks are completed on time. Collaborative problem-solver: You excel at working cross-functionally with different departments and ensuring alignment across teams. Tech-savvy: You’re comfortable working with development teams and understanding the technical aspects of product features, with a keen eye on usability and customer needs. Excellent communicator: You have experience keeping stakeholders informed and are skilled at translating complex technical concepts into clear and actionable insights.
