Constantinople is the first of its kind: an all-in-one software and operational platform for banks. The Role The Product Management team is accountable for the end-to-end performance of the Constantinople product suite, ensuring it meets its customer goals, legal and regulatory obligations, and operational targets. The Product Manager, Transaction Banking & Deposit Products will work closely with a cross-functional team across Software Engineering, Solution Engineering, Product Design, and more, to ensure successful delivery of our account and deposit product roadmap. You will shape the future of everyday banking by designing innovative solutions that drive deposit growth, enhance financial wellness, and create exceptional customer experiences. What You’ll Do Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for account and deposit growth across our client banks. Design innovative deposit products that balance customer needs with commercial objectives. Build industry-leading financial management tools that improve customers' financial literacy and help them develop strong financial habits. Create intuitive interfaces and experiences that simplify complex financial concepts and promote positive financial behaviours and long-term customer engagement. Leverage behavioural analytics to create personalised financial experiences and provide actionable insights to customers. Develop unique features that differentiate our clients' offerings in the competitive banking landscape. Work closely with our legal, risk, and compliance teams to define and implement product requirements. Monitor industry trends, customer expectations, and competitor offerings to drive continuous product improvement, identify opportunities for innovation, and inform the roadmap. Who You Are Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, specifically focused on transaction accounts and deposit products. Strong experience in deposit portfolio management with demonstrated success in growing deposit bases. Deep understanding of consumer financial behaviour and proven expertise in designing products that drive positive financial habits. Experience leveraging AI and machine learning to create personalised financial experiences. Exceptional customer experience design skills with a track record of creating intuitive, engaging banking experiences. A bias towards action, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to drive solutions to complex challenges. Demonstrated ability to understand technical details and communicate them effectively to diverse stakeholders. Proven track record of driving alignment across multiple teams and external partners. Exceptional ability to navigate ambiguity to produce strategic insights and identify opportunities. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for deposit products in the Australian market. Knowledge of emerging fintech trends and technologies that impact everyday banking. Startup experience is valued highly.
