About the job We’re seeking a creative and data-driven Product Marketer to shape the future of home care services at Five Good Friends. The Product Marketer will be pivotal in driving the growth of our home care services by developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for making a difference in the community services sector and a strong track record in product marketing. This position plays a key role in growing the customer base, brand awareness, member engagement, and service adoption within our target markets. Your day to day impact will include: Market Research: Identify industry trends and growth opportunities, leveraging consumer insights to refine strategies. Product Positioning & Messaging: Craft compelling messaging that resonates with our audience and aligns with our brand. Marketing Campaigns: Design and execute campaigns that drive awareness and adoption of our services. Launch Strategies: Lead go-to-market plans for new service launches. Content Development: Create engaging content that tells our story and highlights customer success. Collaboration & Engagement: Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve shared goals. Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on campaign success, driving continuous improvement. About you Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 3 - 4 years’ experience in a product marketing role or similar. Experience in developing and executing strategies to bring new product offerings to market. A strong understanding of B2C marketing and the important role that B2B and B2B2C play in driving reach and growth. Ability to deeply understand a target audience’s problems or pain points to strategically position product offerings that stand out from the competition. Customer empathy and customer experience is in your DNA. You consistently leverage data to inform strategies and tactics, quantify outcomes, and drive incremental improvement. You are well versed in coordinating with a cross-functional marketing and design team to develop and deliver new marketing campaigns. You understand the importance and value of collaborating with internal departments to ensure operational success of new marketing campaigns. Current driver’s license and National Police Check. IT literate including the use of smart phones and laptops. You must have the right to work in Australia. What's in it for you?
