Product Marketing Assistant - Maternity Leave Cover 12 Months This range is provided by Groupe SEB. Base Pay Range A$65,000.00/yr - A$75,000.00/yr The Product Marketing Assistant supports the marketing team to deliver on the category strategic plans, including product and market analysis, generation planning, speed to market initiatives, financial analysis, and driving operational efficiencies, utilizing Group and external resources. This role will suit someone looking to broaden their experience in Marketing or as their first Marketing role. Main Job Responsibilities Support the product management team with market and competitive analysis including competitive landscape, market share (brand and retailer), sell through data analysis, share of voice, shopping behaviour, retail pricing trends and ad hoc product financial reports. Assist in the development of the strategic product plan and customer presentations. Coordinate, proof and execute marketing deliverables to support product launches – POS, Packaging, Product Sheets, Catalogues, Brand Websites and other relevant activities. Coordinate photography/image/video and prototype requests for new product launches. Work closely with Digital team to ensure product-related content is accurate and up-to-date. Support the product set up process for new product introductions, including coordinating with the master data team to finalize proper system entry. Maintain product details and specifications across various product information management databases. Participate in Cross Functional Team meetings. Support the maintenance of the price list and product listings. Main Skills and Experience Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field. 2+ years marketing or administration experience. Able to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Understanding of merchandising and brand management. Comfortable and effective working directly with customers. Strong written and oral cross-functional communication skills.
