About the Role: We are seeking a Product Operations Coordinator to play a crucial role in driving product development from concept to post-launch. This role demands exceptional attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across departments. You will ensure that timelines are met, tasks are followed up on, and products are delivered with excellence. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role with strong opportunities for growth. Success means delivering seamless coordination to support products that exceed our sustainability and customer experience goals. Key Responsibilities: Product Development Coordination: Support and track product development timelines, ensuring milestones are met and stakeholders are aligned. Task & Timeline Management: Organize and follow up on key deliverables to prevent delays. Escalate issues when needed. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between teams such as R&D, design, marketing, and supply chain to maintain project transparency and progress. Market Research & Feedback: Collect and integrate feedback from customers and teams to drive product improvements. Product Data & Reporting: Maintain product data (e.g., weights, costs, materials) and provide updates on performance metrics to leadership. Customer Experience Focus: Ensure product features and information are optimized for usability, collaborating with CX to deliver exceptional experiences. What We're Looking For: A "get-it-done" attitude with motivation to deliver high-quality results. Strong attention to detail—every task, deadline, and piece of data matters. Clear, proactive communication and a collaborative mindset. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
