About the Role We are looking for a driven Product Owner to join our Digital team. In this key role, you will work closely with the Head of Digital Product to execute the digital roadmap for our major retail brands, including Autobarn and Autopro, with the possibility of expanding to other brands like Midas and ABS Auto. As the Product Owner, you will have full ownership of the Product Backlog and lead the development and delivery of features that align with our business strategy, customer needs, and market trends. Key responsibilities include: Product Vision & Roadmap: Collaborate with senior leadership to define a clear product vision, translating business objectives into actionable initiatives. Regularly update the roadmap to reflect evolving priorities. Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, IT, Finance) and external vendors to ensure alignment and clear communication of priorities. Backlog Management & Delivery: Own and prioritise the Product Backlog, writing actionable user stories and refining backlog items based on feedback and business needs. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring they meet agreed outcomes, timelines, and quality standards. Metrics & Reporting: Define and track key success metrics for digital features and initiatives, regularly reporting progress to stakeholders. Use analytics to inform backlog prioritization and product decisions (e.g., GA4). Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI Designers, Developers, and Solution Architects, to ensure seamless execution in an Agile environment. Lead Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, fostering a collaborative and iterative approach to product development. About You Experience: At least 4 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in an Agile environment. Skills: Strong ability to manage and prioritise Product Backlogs, excellent stakeholder management, and experience working with cross-functional teams and familiarity with Agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum). Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, headless CMS systems (e.g., Contentful), and tools like JIRA and Confluence. Nice-to-Have: Experience in managing vendor relationships, knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
