An exciting Product role working with a private equity backed SaaS business in Sydney CBD. 07th February, 2025 This role has great career growth potential for the right candidate. You will be joining a recently acquired SaaS business who also have a capable professional services capability. They already have a very well-established client base and strong pipeline of work. There are over 20 people in the team made up of Software Engineers, PMs, BAs & Product.The business is going through growth and have created this role to help uplift the maturity of their delivery processes across client projects. You will be gathering requirements, building processes, working on 3-5 concurrent software delivery projects at any given time and be very involved with the customer as part of pre-sales and workshops etc.This role requires a strong communicator, and someone who knows what good software delivery projects should look like with regards to process and documentation. Role Engineering / Technical background is required. Gather business and customer needs, translating them into clear, well-documented product and project requirements for engineering and delivery teams. Ensure projects are scoped, estimated, and executed efficiently by implementing best practices in Agile, documentation, and process maturity.
