About the Role We’re growing our product management area within the Transact & Save portfolio and have a range of opportunities to join our collaborative team. There are roles for experienced product managers and for people with some product management experience with transaction and savings products looking to take the next step in their career. The roles are varied and could be in our: Product Performance Team: Responsible for managing and optimising performance through the generation of product insights, implementing product pricing and other initiatives, project management and monitoring and reporting on the value and success of initiatives. Product Management team: Responsible for developing and delivering product strategies, managing product variation, and providing expert advice to the broader business on specific product related enquiries. Product Excellence team: Responsible for ensuring well managed and well governed operations and risk management, so the end-to-end value chain meets customer and regulatory requirements. While you’ll primarily support a specific product/stream, there is the opportunity for you to work across other products within the broader team, and to work on initiatives that span more than one product. Multiple positions are available.Role Location: Flexible within Melbourne, Sydney and QueenslandWork Hours: Full-time, 40hrs/week What will your day look like? Your day will vary depending on the role and team you join, but here’s what you might expect: Product Performance roles • Project management of centralised repricing actions• Generating product insights through data analytics.• Monitoring and reporting, tracking the value and success of initiatives.• Implementing Product Pricing and other initiatives e.g. changing product fees• Determining discretions, interest tiering, and supporting banker education Product Management roles • Product design and strategy development, including delivering on product growth and momentum initiatives• Day to day product management and adherence to ANZ Product Management Policy.• Product Variation delivery by working with a number of key business stakeholders.• Providing SME support to the broader business on specific product related enquiries. Product Excellence roles • Delivery of risk treatments e.g. DDO Uplift, building and maintaining a Collateral Register and Change Playbook, etc.• Initial point of contact for central Events team, for new events entering the T&S queue & implement Risk Event fixes• Manage and maintain ‘Distribution Agreements’ with Institutional, and other key business partners What will you bring? To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following: Prior experience working with deposit or payments products Experience in one or more of these areas: Product Management, Change/ Delivery Management, Data Analytics, Pricing, Finance, Risk Ability to translate business requirements into solutions Ability to explore solutions and articulate recommendations using data driven analysis Collaborative approach to problem solving with experience in influencing outcomes Ability to identify, monitor and manage risks, issues and dependencies A strong commercial, analytical and strategic mindset Strong technical experience with Excel preferred.
