About the Role Based in Melbourne, this role will support our Product Planning team for an upcoming new brand. On offer is a Product Planning Senior Specialist position and your day-to-day duties will include but not be limited to: Lead the product planning process for new and existing vehicles. Define product features, specifications, and positioning based on market needs and company objectives. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between product offerings and customer expectations. Market Analysis & Vehicle Lineup Strategy:• Conduct in-depth market analysis, including identifying trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes.• Develop and implement strategies for the vehicle lineup that maximize profitability and market share.• Monitor market performance, sales data, and feedback to adjust product strategies as needed. Key requirements: 5 years’ experience in Product Planning, Product Management, or a related role within the automotive industry. Strong knowledge of Australasia’s automotive market trends, consumer needs, technologies and competitive landscape. Excellent negotiation skills.
