What You’ll Do: As our Product & Project Manager you will: Make a difference: Manage and deliver assigned projects that drive sustainable revenue and profit growth. This role will ensure the successful execution of initiatives across new product development, promotions, and other cross-functional deliverables in line with business objectives. Innovate and solve problems: Participate in quarterly portfolio reviews and strategy meetings with the product management team as part of the Consumer business cycle. Contribute data, insights, and recommendations to customer range reviews. Utilise a wide range of internal and external data to support the product, sales, account management, sourcing, and supply teams in developing and implementing full potential product lifecycle management. Identify and simplify growth opportunities within the ITW Fasteners business. Collaborate: Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Technical / Engineering, Finance, and other teams to ensure seamless execution of cross-functional initiatives. Facilitate project meetings to align stakeholders and ensure clear communication of decisions, actions, and milestones. Continuous Improvement: Identify, review, and recommend actions to address poor performing products and categories based on agreed KPIs and hurdles, including exiting deleted products from the business with minimal impact on revenue and cost. Participate in regular cross-functional reviews providing visibility of strategic fit, financials, customer needs, and stock position. What You'll Bring: Proven expertise in project management, within Marketing and Product Teams managing retail consumer products. Demonstrated success in stakeholder management and cross-functional team collaboration. Familiarity with workflow and project management systems such as Monday.com. Strong analytical skills with experience managing data-driven decisions throughout the product and project lifecycle. Experience managing large-complex product portfolios. Other skills such as Project Planning & Scheduling, Risk Management, Stakeholder Engagement & Negotiation, Effective Communication & Presentation, Change Management & Prioritisation, Attention to Detail & Executional Excellence.
