The position,based at Hume , proactively wins revenue growth through direct sales and account management skills, helping to drive strong revenue and profitable growth across our Access Equipment business. This position plays a pivotal role in the Sales, Products, and Operational teams. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the role is responsible for providing market intelligence, securing sales opportunities, growing revenue, and providing product-specific technical expertise to both internal and external clients in order to maximize the growth of our business. There is a strong focus on exploring and supporting the existing customer base and introducing new business. You'll enjoy variety in your role including: Engaging directly with customers to identify opportunities and provide quotes that maximize product utilization. Offering expert guidance on product application and pricing to support customer needs. Staying informed on market trends, emerging product opportunities, and customer demands to refine product offerings. Supporting the CANA branch in creating asset management strategies to optimize returns. Prioritizing and promoting a safety-first approach in all activities. What you'll bring to the role: Demonstrated experience in a similar role. Skilled in prospecting for growth and leveraging strong relationships with both internal and external customers. Proficient in problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution to support business units. Strong account management skills with the ability to oversee a customer portfolio, manage a designated area, and effectively plan time.
