About The Role We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As a Product Specialist - Beam, you'll be key to our B2B and software partner digital product suite's success. You'll provide expertise on Beam products to stakeholders and contribute to product objectives. You'll support the Product Manager in driving the Beam product roadmap. Using your deep product knowledge, you'll prioritise features and work closely with business and technology stakeholders to design and implement valuable solutions. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities, define requirements, and assess features against acceptance criteria. You'll enhance value by clearly articulating user needs and features, sharing insights, and resolving uncertainties quickly to keep development on track. This role is permanent opportunity based in Brisbane. About You It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too: You've got experience supporting a B2B product from inception to design and launch. You know how to review customer feedback to identify issues and insights. Your communication and interpersonal skills are strong, enabling you to drive alignment across all levels and guide stakeholders through ambiguity. You make product decisions by leveraging qualitative and quantitative data. You're analytical and a problem-solver with a proactive mindset.
