MPC Kinetic is seeking an experienced Product Support Engineer to join our Well Equipment Solutions Division. Reporting to the Engineering Lead – Well Equipment Solutions, the ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of MPK’s cutting-edge products and solutions for our clients. This role combines technical expertise, creative problem-solving, and a deep understanding of product design and functionality. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional support, addressing complex technical issues, and guiding customers through troubleshooting and optimization processes, ensuring they derive maximum value from the product. This will include diagnosing product-related challenges, identifying root causes, and collaborating closely with development teams to enhance product features and performance. A passion for innovation, paired with a customer-centric mindset, is essential. The ideal candidate must possess a strong technical acumen in product architecture and troubleshooting, as well as the ability to communicate complex information in a clear, concise manner. These efforts will directly influence product evolution, ensuring that MPK’s offerings continue to meet and exceed customer expectations in a rapidly evolving market. Core objectives include: Increase client gas production Reduce client CO2-e emissions Increase the uptime of MPK equipment in order to prevent client NPT About You: Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering Degree – Bachelor Level Minimum 5 years field or engineering experience Ability to work in remote locations as operationally required Highly motivated to deliver results and develop people Please note: MPK does not accept any unsolicited resume referrals from recruitment agencies.
