The Opportunity: We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Product Support Specialist to join our growing aftermarket team. Reporting to the National Aftermarket Manager, you will play a crucial role in maximizing operational time and product reliability by providing top-notch maintenance and technical support across our materials handling range, with a special focus on the Clark Forklift product. In this partly hands-on role, you will: Provide Field Support : Assist customers, dealers, and branches with troubleshooting and performance optimization. Conduct Inspections : Perform inspections of new models and equipment arriving in the country, ensuring they meet market standards. Collaborate : Work closely with the sales team to troubleshoot warranty issues and ensure products are market-ready. Offer Expertise : Share your knowledge through proactive training in a collaborative team environment. Hands-On Work : Occasionally carry out diagnosis, repairs, and commissioning in the field. This role is perfect for a former Field Service Technician with strong product knowledge looking to advance their career. As a manufacturer of the Omega heavy truck range and a distributor of other renowned products, this is a unique opportunity to grow and support Australian-made products in the field. What We Are Looking For: We are searching for a proven aftermarket specialist ready for a new challenge. The ideal candidate will have: Experience : Prior experience in supporting, maintaining, or servicing forklifts or similar equipment. Technical Proficiency : Strong maintenance and repair skills. Customer Focus : Excellent relationship-building skills with both customers and internal teams. Versatility : Ability to advise, train, provide excellent customer service, and jump on the tools when needed. What’s In It For You?
