WHO YOU ARE Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Communication, or a related field. Ability to work independently with a high degree of autonomy, effectively navigating tasks with moderate levels of ambiguity and evolving requirements. Intermediate knowledge of the company’s proprietary software platform (can be attained within the first 4 months of employment). 2-3 years of experience in a teaching or training role, preferably in a SAAS organization. Extensive experience creating training content and documentation. Extensive experience working with Product Management, Engineering or other staff as subject matter experts. Previous classroom management experience is desirable. Previous public speaking experience is preferred. Advanced experience leading Zoom, WebEx, and MS Teams meetings is preferred. Advanced experience leading remote meetings is preferred. Previous experience working with a Learning Management System such as Workramp is preferred. Experience working in a fast-growing, early-stage company in the technology industry. Knowledge of instructional theory, including assessments. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Expertise with authoring tools such as IORAD, Captivate, Articulate Rise etc. Experience developing training content in a high-tech environment. Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical colleagues and clients. Experience with video editing tools is a plus. Critical thinking skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous deadlines. WHAT YOU’LL DO Become fluent with the InMoment eSaaS and XI platforms and other associated applications. Curate and deliver both online and in-person training for clients and staff. Take an active role in role-specific onboarding training for Services and Account Management teams. Develop and revise training materials; documentation, videos, and other related courseware. Research technical topics related to the InMoment eSaaS and XI platforms. Primarily own the client-facing side of our Learning Management Experience (Workramp). Assist in testing, grading, and management of the Learning Management System. Report data on completed courses, issues, and absences. Determine the overall effectiveness of programs and training by listening to feedback and making improvements as necessary.
