Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Product and Technical Specialist to join our team and drive success in Australia's automotive industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in market analysis, product planning, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Market Insights & Analysis Monitor and evaluate the macroeconomic environment in Australia, focusing on political, economic, social, and technological factors (PEST analysis). Gather and analyze data on Australia's automotive market, including market size, consumer demand, competitive landscape, and emerging trends. Develop comprehensive market research reports to support data-driven decisions at the corporate level. Strategic Product Planning Design and implement a 3-year product roadmap tailored to Australia's automotive market needs, aligned with Company's global product strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between market demand, user preferences, and product offerings. Product Certification & Compliance Stay updated on automotive-related laws, regulations, and industry standards in Australia. Develop effective strategies to ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements. Manage end-to-end tasks related to product certification processes. What We're Looking For Professional Expertise Proven experience in market analysis and product strategy development. Proficiency in office tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint) is required; experience with data visualization tools like Tableau is an advantage. Prior experience in product planning within Australia's automotive industry is highly desirable. Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Vehicle Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Chinese (speaking, listening, reading, and writing) is a significant plus.
