About the role As a highly experienced Production Estimator, you will oversee numerous aspects within Estimating, working closely with Sales, Operations and Construction - must have residential volume experience . Reporting to the Operations Manager, your role will include: You will be responsible for: Ordering of production jobs within designated timeframes Working as a team to achieve workflow and budget goals Maintaining, protecting and reporting margins for each job Ensuring all client interactions are recorded/documented on Databuild / ClickHome Liaising with sales, operations and construction teams Conducting follow-up calls when required Being cognizant of forecast dates and ensuring all jobs are being recorded accurately Providing reports and workflow documentation as appropriate Following up documentation directed by the Estimating Manager. Skills and experience At Glenvill, we believe quality is an attitude, not an outcome. We anticipate that you will already possess strong experience within the construction industry, specifically within Production Estimating and Databuild, with at least 12 months of experience. You will possess a high level of proficiency across certain software packages including Microsoft Office. Exposure or experience with ClickHome is even better. You will deliver with a mature approach, calmness, and efficiency. Working in a fun team, you will have a sense of humour. You will be able to prioritise with ease and deliver time-critical outcomes amid numerous distractions and demands.
