Job Description
What will I be doing? The Production Maintenance Manager will manage the maintenance of a SRF Facility in an effective and cost-efficient manner, ensuring the facility is fully compliant with regulatory standards for safety, health, and environment. You will keep accurate and comprehensive records for all maintenance work across the sites. Ensure that all plant & machinery is fully maintained, serviceable, and not used if defective. Deliver the strategic maintenance plan for the facility with a focus on preventive approaches. You will manage contractors and permit to work procedures across the site and participate in monthly Maintenance Managers and Technical meetings. Demonstrate authority by conveying consistency of knowledge and experience. Develop good working practices and positive employee relations by administering effective relationships internally and with the wider business. What are the requirements?
