Job Description: Manage the CNC machine assembly team, providing training and feedback. Oversee assembly processes, ensuring they meet specifications and schedules. Identify and resolve issues related to assembly, including mechanical failures and errors. Enforce safety standards and ensure a clean and organized workspace (5S). Keep accurate records of production activities and materials. Work with the Production Manager and attend meetings to address production concerns. Requirements: Diploma in Engineering (preferred). 3-5 years in a supervisory role in a manufacturing or assembly environment. Strong leadership, team management, troubleshooting, and mechanical assembly skills. Understanding of CNC machine assembly, technical drawings, and quality control.
