About the role QuiteLike’s PM Production Supervisor will be responsible for supporting the Production Manager for the execution of production activities, ensuring compliance within food safety, quality assurance, and operational requirements. The working hours for this position is across the PM shift ranging from 1:00pm-2:00pm start through to a 10:00pm finish, as well as running the Saturday day shift. Flexibility in working hours is essential, including Public Holiday shifts to meet order fulfilment. This role supervises daily operations, working closely with the Production Manager to assist with scheduling, materials, and labour to ensure smooth production and packing processes. The Production Supervisor ensures all staff are efficiently utilised, conducts food Quality Controls in line with both internal and Australian standards, and maintains accurate production records. Additionally, the position involves operating machinery, recipe verifications and providing staff training. The role may also require managing Inbound/Outbound activities during afternoon shifts as needed. About You 3+ years’ experience working in food manufacturing, FMCG or pharmaceutical manufacturing or within an environment that handles fresh produce or food. Experience managing a team within a food manufacturing, FMCG, pharmaceutical or similar environment. Strong knowledge, skill and experience in Occupational Health and Safety, Environment, Risk Management and/or Food Safety. About you and your skills Degree qualified/relevant certificate or Food manufacturing/warehouse operations experience. Forklift driver’s license desirable. Proven experience in achieving target KPI’s with right attitude and innovation. Proven experience with HACCP, GMP, and WH&S practices. Proven ability to lead a team with strong stakeholder management and highly developed influencing skills. Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and communicate to key stakeholders in a timely manner. Ability to operate under pressure and with autonomy making risk-based decisions to drive performance improvement. Highest calibre of communication skills. Strong records management skills under quality management system. What’s in it for you?
